Billerica received a $2.29 million MassWorks grant Tuesday to construct 2,100 feet of new sidewalks, as well as the reconstruction of 1,500 feet of sidewalk. "I'm just very happy to see some state funding come through," state Rep. Marc Lombardo, R-Billerica, said.
