The town of Chelmsford and Billerica's Shawsheen Valley Technical High School have been honored by health-insurance provider Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for their innovations and contributions to the health and wellness of their employees. On Tuesday, both Chelmsford and Shawsheen were presented with Municipal Blue Innovation Awards and $5,000 grants that will assist both in building upon their employee wellness programs.
