Suspect in 1986 slaying arrested on drug charges

A Lowell resident accused of murder, who spent 26 years in prison before winning a new trial, is back behind bars. Michael J. Sullivan, 55, of 1483 Gorham St., Lowell, was arrested by Billerica police on Thursday on charges he was selling heroin.
