"I knew exactly what it was," Marsh said while sitting in the kitchen of her Billerica home with her daughter, Paula Todisco. It was the same letter she has received three times before - every five years like clockwork - since Richard Seymour, her ex-husband, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for the fatal beating with a hammer of their 18-year-old son, Patrick, on Jan. 20, 1986.
