WONDERING WHY a $100,000 appropriation made at Dracut's Town Meeting in 2013 resurfaced at Tuesday's Board of Selectman meeting? The state performed a routine audit of the school district was recently, and during that evaluation an unidentified "town official" apparently questioned whether that money was correctly used. The district spent the money on 84 projectors to integrate classroom technology.
