U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton hosted his Congress on Your Corner event at Billerica Town Hall Thursday afternoon to listen to residents' most pressing concerns. In the Maurice A. Buck Auditorium, Moulton first told attendees his priorities as a congressman, which included economic development in the districts he represents, challenging the threat of ISIS on a national level and assuring quality health care for veterans.
