Ernie Valcanas ignores the water view as he works alongside the AS&E team to spruce up Micozzi Beach. More than 50 AS&E employees pulled weeds, swept the sand, mulched, trimmed, constructed a new 12-by-15-foot patio area, and painted picnic tables and just about every other surface that need a facelift during the company's community service activity at Micozzi Beach.
