Police are investigating a robbery at a Northern Bank and Trust with the FBI offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading them to the suspect known as the Incognitio Bandit. At 6:59 p.m. Thursday, just before closing, the Northern Bank and Trust at 414 Massachusetts Ave., was robbed by a lone suspect, according to a release.
