The four Billerica Fire Department employees implicated in an on-duty sex scandal have accepted and are serving lengthy suspensions, Town Manager John announced late Wednesday. After an investigation and disciplinary hearings into sexual misconduct by four Fire Department employees, Curran added that the town's corrective-action plan is also underway.
