A 28-year-old Lynn gang leader who is wanted on charges of murder and home invasion in connection with a 2012 incident in Billerica is among six men added to the state police most wanted list on Wednesday. The Middlesex District Attorney's Office, the FBI and Billerica police were already searching for Steven Touch, of Lynn, in connection with the 2012 killing of Quintin Koehler, 22, of Billerica.
