An investigation into a break-in of a home on Pratt Street led to the arrest of a Billerica man, accused of a series of break-ins on June 6, police stated. Tewksbury police charged Brandon R. Couillard, 25, with daytime breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor and receiving a stolen credit card.
