After the "Pledge of Allegiance," School Committee member John Burrows got up from his seat at the front of the room, walked to the microphone set up for open discussion and -- like any other resident wishing to speak at the meeting -- gave his name and address before launching into public comment. Burrows commenting from the position of an resident, not an elected official, at the School Committee meeting Monday is the latest demonstration of a tension between some members on the committee regarding what is and is not included on meeting agendas.
