Animal control officials warned Billerica residents Sunday of a recent increase in coyote sightings after one jumped a 4-foot-tall fence and grabbed a chicken. "Please use extra caution with smaller animals loose in yards alone," Billerica and Tewksbury Animal Control officials said in a Sunday afternoon tweet .
