Court sides with Billerica in suit filed after 2007 playground injury

The state Appeals Court has sided with Billerica officials in their bid to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a woman whose 4-year-old daughter suffered a serious brain injury while playing at the Kids Konnection playground in 2007.
