Stopped at a Billerica traffic light at around noon on Thursday, the alleged victim heard something hit his car and looked over to see the driver in the next car pointing a gun at him, police said. Billerica police allege that Jesse Rawson, 20, ordered the alleged victim -- a man who allegedly owed him $100 -- to pull over.
